Welcome and thank you for visiting the Klyde Street Boutique website.

We are Rich and Lisa, two great friends who through twenty years of friendship have always had the love of animals in common.

Our days are filled with muddy paws, dog parks, wet noses and tummy rubs ..... and we love every minute of it! Collectively, we have horses, dogs and cats.

We are definitely love to pamper our pets and make them part of our families. We know there are others that feel the same way, so we started Klyde Street Pets and filled it full of fun, exciting, designer and luxury items for you and your pet to enjoy.

Klyde, the oldest of all our companions, is the inspiration behind www.klydestreetboutique.com. www.klydestreetpets.com and the Klyde Street name. We wanted to honor Klyde because he's the one that started it all!

Shipping Information:

We offer free local delivery in Novato, CA. Please choose "free local delivery" at check out and we will be more than happy to deliver your order for free, to your doorstep!

Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Occasionally, these orders may arrive in separate boxes on different days.

Many of our items are processed by the next business day, but some items may take 5 to 7 days to process. Some custom orders may take 1 to 2 weeks to be shipped because they are handmade to order with fine details and embellishments. Be sure to add ground shipping time for your area. Usually one (1) to three (3) days. Ups and Fedex may take 5 to 10 days to ship after processing. You can track your shipment with the tracking number given to you when your package is shipped.

If one or more of your items are on backorder, we will ship all available items immediately and then ship the backordered items later at no additional cost. If any item is backordered, you will be contacted via e-mail in 24 hours or sooner.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Klyde Street Boutique strives to make every order complete and accurate. It is checked and signed off before delivery. If any product arrives damaged, you are entitled to return it for inspection and proper credit.

Once an order is processed it can no longer be cancelled.

A Return Authorization Number is required for any and all returns. Please email your return authorization request to: returns@klydestreetboutique.com You will receive your return instructions and authorization number.

All returns must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging in order to receive full credit. Custom orders may not be returned

In the event the damage was caused by shipping handler, a claim will have to be filed. Once approved, a replacement will be sent immediately!
